Setup Tip
Most newer Reeflo pumps (like the Hammerhead pictured here), have drain plugs that can be used to drain the pump before removing it from your plumbing. We like to remove the drain plug and install a small ball valve with a John Guest insert. When you need to drain the pump and your plumbing just slip some 1/4" tubing into the JG fitting and then you can turn the ball valve to empty your pump without getting water all over everywhere (which we've done before too!).
