It was a big move from Texas to California but it puts us in closer touch with some important suppliers and partners and I think it will help us do a better job for our customers. We are now in the San Francisco Bay Area, in the sunny town of Milpitas (next to San Jose). We have a new 3000+ sq. foot shop that was previously used for very high tech printed circuit board manufacturing. With more space we can optimize our production and with our own loading dock it makes it easier for us to receive and ship products. Plus it's much cooler here in the SF bay area so our acrylic manufacturing will be easier.
We are usually busy in the shop so if you call you will probably get our voicemail. Email is the most reliable way to get us - we try to respond to email several times a day and should be able to get back to you within 24 hours. However, we have a virtual phone system so no matter where we are physically we can get calls, voicemail, and return your calls - as long as we have an internet connection.
